All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to changes in supplier costs or inaccuracies.

3. Payment

We use Shopify Payments and other secure payment methods (e.g., Klarna, Swish, card payment). Your payment is processed in cooperation with our payment partners.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery throughout Sweden. Delivery time is normally 7–14 business days. As we use dropshipping, delivery time may vary depending on the supplier.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the item. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at info@silk.se before returning. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Complaints

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. Contact us and we will help you further.
