🔁 Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from sorvic. If something isn't right, you always have the option to return the product.

🔄 Right of Withdrawal – 14 days

According to the Distance Contracts Act, as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the item. To return the product, it must be:
– Unused
– In original packaging
– Free from damage or stains

Email us at info@sorvic.co before returning anything, and we will provide you with return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

💳 Refunds

Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount via the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically occur within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

❌ Returns that are not approved:

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:
– The product is used
– The packaging is damaged
– Hygiene requirements are not met (e.g., products that have been in contact with skin and cannot be resold)

📦 Product fault or damage upon delivery?

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with pictures of the defect, and we will resolve it quickly. You have the right to make a complaint for up to 3 years according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
